AiM HBS2 Handlebar Switch

The AiM HBS2 Handlebar Switch is the rider-control switch for supported AiM Taipan ECU systems. It is not just an on/off button; it gives the rider access to supported ECU controls from the handlebar.

Supported Control Functions

• Up to five selectable maps where supported by the ECU setup.
• Fuel correction by low, middle, and high RPM ranges.
• Launch control and traction control adjustment where supported.
• Button memory for rider settings.
• Quick shift management on factory-equipped bikes where supported.

Cable Requirements

• Taipan K: requires the AiM HBS2 / DataLog Taipan K Cable, AiM cable code V02596160.
• Taipan Y v2: requires AiM cable code V02596140. Contact Bootleg Performance if you need that cable and do not see it listed.
