AiM Taipan Y ECU

The AiM Taipan Y ECU is the Taipan ECU platform for select earlier Yamaha YZ-F motocross bikes. It is sold blank; AiM base maps are available for stock bikes, and the AiM UC Bridge is required for map loading, settings, diagnostics, and Spark software workflow.

• Yamaha: YZ450F (Cross, 2019-2022)

What You Need With It

• AiM UC Bridge for Spark software connection, map transfer, settings, and diagnostics.
• AiM HBS2 Handlebar Switch for supported rider-control functions.
• Custom ECU Tuning if the bike needs a map beyond a stock base-map setup.

Use this Taipan Y ECU for the listed Yamaha year ranges. For newer YZ-F models, use the AiM Taipan Y v2 ECU instead.
